Refund Policy

CT Industries operates on a custom, project-based service model. Due to the nature of our work, refunds are limited.

Non-Refundable Fees

The following are non-refundable:

• Consultation fees

• Assessment fees

• Design and planning fees

• Deposits made for project initiation

These fees compensate time, expertise, and planning resources.

Project Execution Payments

Payments made under the 25-25-50 structure are tied to project milestones and work performed. Refunds are not provided for completed phases or work already executed.

Project Changes or Cancellations

If a project is paused or canceled after commitment, any completed work, materials ordered, or contractor costs remain the responsibility of the client.

Exceptions

Any refund exceptions must be approved in writing by CT Industries.
