This phase involves a deeper evaluation of your environment to inform accurate design and execution.

• On-site walk through

• Evaluation of layout, access points, and infrastructure

• Identification of physical and digital vulnerabilities

• Preliminary scope definition and recommendations

• Assessment summary and next-step guidance

Once a project scope is finalized, project execution is billed using a milestone-based 25-25-50 structure.

PHASE 1

25% — Due at Project Scope Approval & Commitment
Collected upon approval of the final project scope to secure scheduling, allocate resources, and initiate coordination and preparation.

PHASE 2

25% — Due at Mid-Project Milestone
Collected once active execution is underway, covering ongoing work, contractor progress, integration, and project management.

PHASE 3

50% — Due Prior to Final Completion
Collected once installation and execution are substantially complete and before the final walkthrough, testing, and documentation.
