A first conversation to understand your space, goals, and whether CT is the right fit.
Service Description
This introductory consultation is the first step in working with CT Industries. During this 30 minute - 1 hour session, we will: • Learn about your property, project, or organization • Understand your goals, concerns, and priorities • Explain how CT’s secure-by-design approach works • Determine whether a formal CT Security Assessment is appropriate This consultation is NOT the security assessment itself. Risk identification, technical evaluation, and design recommendations occur during the paid CT Assessment phase. The purpose of this session is to ensure alignment, answer questions, and map the right next step for your project. If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your CT Assessment immediately after the consultation.
Cancellation Policy
CT Industries begins allocating time, materials, and specialized planning as soon as a project is initiated. Because our services involve custom security design, advanced materials, and contractor scheduling, cancellations must follow the terms below. 1. Before Assessment: Clients may cancel before any assessment is completed with no fee. Prepaid assessment fees may be refunded at CT’s discretion, minus processing fees. 2. After Assessment / Blueprint Work: Once CT begins threat analysis, blueprint mapping, or secure interior planning, these services become non-refundable. A cancellation fee of 25% of the estimated project cost or the value of completed work (whichever is greater) will apply. 3. After Proposal Approval: When a proposal is approved (verbally or in writing), CT immediately orders materials and schedules contractors. At this stage, the deposit becomes non-refundable. 4. After Materials Have Been Ordered: Because secure materials are specialty products and often cannot be returned, clients are responsible for 100% of material costs if they cancel after ordering. 5. After Installation Begins: Once installation has started, no refunds will be issued. Clients are responsible for all remaining scheduled payments. 6. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule once with no fee if the request is made 7+ days before the start date. Requests within 7 days incur a $250–$750 rescheduling fee, depending on project size. 7. Project Pausing: Projects may be paused for up to 30 days. After this period, the project is considered cancelled, and cancellation terms apply. 8. CT Right to Cancel: CT may cancel or postpone a project due to unsafe conditions, non-payment, structural issues, or client misconduct. Refunds, if any, depend on work completed. By engaging CT Industries, the client agrees to this Cancellation Policy in full.
